Drae comes to the Library

Main Characters Drae and Nicole

Gist: Drae is looking for information about the Continuum collecting DNA and an Ally in the Library.

[16:16] NicoleA Stine follows Drae into the library. She stands behind him and lays a hand on her hip "Is there something I could help you with?"

[16:17] Drae (draedius.rajal) nods as he walks past the woman in the doorway ,he wanders over too the vast array of bookshelves glancing at them ,he turns his head towards the woman who just spoke replying " Thanks but i know this place quite well ,Just browsing to see if you've had any new editions in lately "

[16:18] Skye Herriat placed her hands on his, and then she weaved her fingers through his. "Rape churches?" she asked with a laugh. "I'm sorry, babe, but I don't think you can rape a church." She raised her brow when she heard voices behind them, and then she looked over at Nicole and Drae.

[16:19] NicoleA Stine offers him a polite nod of her head then eyes him up "very well, if you change your mind I am hear to help " she extends a hand to him "I am Nicole, I don't believe we've met"

[16:21] Locke Giordano made no notice to the others present. "Not with that attitude, you can't." He said as he pondered. "Weren't we interrogating something. He muttered under his breath. "Lack of decent clientele around here."

[16:23] Drae (draedius.rajal) extends his own arm to shake the woman's hand feeling her coldness as he does Old memories returning to him ,He composes himself before speaking " Its a pleasure Nicole ,and you are right we haven't met before ,mores the pity " he pass's her a smile " I am Drae i used to frequent this library often a few years back "

[16:24] Skye Herriat rolled her eyes and smirked. "I don't think it would feel very good," she muttered, and then leaned against his chest. "We were. I asked around yesterday, but they were all useless. I've got an idea, though."

[16:27] NicoleA Stine releases his hand and returns it to her hip. "And what brings you back to our fine library..." she tilts her head to one side as she studies him "Most in the city take our collection of knowledge for granted. It is a pleasure to find someone who appreciates it" she offers him a smile

[16:31] Drae (draedius.rajal) returns a smile to her once more " Knowledge is the key to wisdom my dear " he waves an arm about randomly " And where better to gain knowledge than in a library , I have in fact browsed many of these titles over the years i am good friends with the old head librarian "

[16:32] Skye Herriat smiled a small smile when he kissed her head, and she continued to stare out the door. "Nearly impossible." She yawned wide, and then pushed her glasses back up as they fell again. "Yeah, but I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet. It's still early."

[16:34] NicoleA Stine looks off in another direction as she thinks of Felice, She turns back to Drae "Do you speak of Felice? She is missed by us who were in her charge" her gaze turns to the two in the doorway then back to Drae "Knowledge certainly leads to wisdom and wisdom leads to power." she smiles as she folds her arms over her stomach.

[16:39] Locke Giordano nodded slowly, his ears perking up as he heard Nicole's conversation. A familiar name would catch his ear, but he dismissed it and turned back to the door. "Indeed." He said as he gently tapped her sides. "Will there be any faction meetings any time in the near future?"

[16:39] Drae (draedius.rajal) gives a nod of his head " I do speak of Felice and I miss her presence greatly in this place ,but such are things " he tilts his head smiling warmly to her " From what i have seen do far though you seem to be doing a grand job in her absence ,And i have to admit your not short of her charm either my dear "

[16:43] Skye Herriat's nose twitched as she started listening in on the conversation behind her, but she continued to look out into the streets. "Hm...not that I know of, but we can always schedule one. We probably need to, actually."

[16:44] NicoleA Stine smiles at his compliment "Felice still has my loyalty, I serve the library as if I still serve in her charge. She has my admiration." she looks away for a moment as an inkling of emotion appeared on her face. Composing herself she looks back at Drae "Well forgive me for taking up your time, please make yourself comfortable and enjoy the volumes" she smiles a pleasant smile which she is usually not capable of

[16:46] Locke Giordano nodded slowly. "I'd like to meet the entirety of my faction at some point." He said with a bit of annoyed tone. His voice calmed back down as he licked her cheek. "Do you organize such fancy things?" He asked teasingly as he cracked his neck to the side.

[16:48] Skye Herriat ran her tongue over her lips, and then she pressed them together. "You will," she said to him, and then smirked when he licked her. "I can suggest one, but it's really up to Denny, I believe."

[16:49] Drae (draedius.rajal) turns his head to once more face the woman again the warm smile on his lips " My dear you have not taken anything i wouldn't give to one such as yourself willingly "he steps closer to her once more offering his hand " In fact i would consider it an honour if you were to take the time to tell me what has been going on in this place since our dear friend departed ,I like to keep up to date on matters "

[16:51] Locke Giordano nodded gradually. "I'm sure I will eventually." He said as he leaned against the doorway. "Perhaps the leadership can discuss such. I'm sure we have much to debate about how we order the books and how updated the library cards are." He said with a chuckle, licking at her ear just a tad.

[16:54] NicoleA Stine steps closer to Drae and she studies his face with a tilt of her head "Well, I am the reference librarian here. I spend most of my time hidden in the book shelves." she pauses as she looks at his hand then takes it stepping even closer and if able gently tugging him closer to her trying to take in his scent. "what is it you would like to know?"

[16:56] Skye Herriat chuckled at him, and then turned around to face him. "Yes. And if the Dewy Decimal System is really the best way to organize books." She reached up, and began to fiddle with the buttons on his sweater. "I'll put a word in for big bird as soon as I see him."

[17:02] Locke Giordano reached down to run a finger over her cheek as she toyed with his attire. "I'm sure that old feather duster will show up eventually." He said as he leaned forward to kiss her forehead. "I need to get out and observe the other factions and pinpoint their important members at some point."

[17:05] Drae (draedius.rajal) leans towards her as she gently pulls him closer .he looks deep into her scarlett eyes meaningfully as he whispers to her " Felice was my key to the information of this city ,And that is what i now seek my dear "he grips her hand tighter trying to let her feel his warmth before continuing " I'd like to know the plans of this faction and what i can do to aid them, I have a strong tie to this place and always will "he gives a playful wink " Can you aid me Nicole "

[17:09] Skye Herriat grinned and leaned into his hand, and slowly closed her eyes as he kissed her forehead. She frowned when she heard his statement. Her eyes flicked back to Drae, and then she gripped onto Locke's sweater and pulled him outside gently. "I would like to do it with you, but shhh," she whispered, then smirked at him.

[17:10] NicoleA Stine turns her head quickly to eye Skye and Locke then back to Drae. She narrows her gaze and continues to hold his hand. "Faction? This is just a library and we are merely librarians...." she pauses for a moment to gaze his reaction "If the library is such a concern of yours then perhaps you should apply for a position." She steps even closer to him speaking softly but loud enough for Skye and Locke to hear "Perhaps we could have an arraignment. What are you offering?"

[17:12] Locke Giordano tilted his head. "Do what? "He said, a bit louder than normal. His eyes flicked over her as he gripped her torso, pulling her rather roughly against his as he reached up to gently trace his fingers over the collar around her neck.

[17:18] Skye Herriat bit down on her lip when he pulled her against him, and then her cheeks blushed when he traced the collar. "I'd like to assist you," she murmured, and then scratched the back of her leg with her other foot. "We have yet to use this," she said, and the pointed to the collar.

[17:23] Drae (draedius.rajal) gives her a playful wink once more as she moves closer smiling his gaze not moving from her eyes " As i said I am fully aware of this place and what it holds " He smiles " As for what i am offering that can be agreed in time , The Illuminati has for a long time been the ones known for the information passing in this city, And i for one have always made it my choice for gathering such at a price " he rubs her hand gently within his " I would like to know what has been happening recently between the other factions ,plans and such ,I'll trade what info i have gathered in return "

[17:23] Locke Giordano nodded again. "The night is still young." He said playfully as he tugged on the collar, pulling her against him. "You are a scholar, I assume you wish to learn things." He says with a grin. "I'm sure you can be of great assistance through various acts of subterfuge."

[17:28] Skye Herriat's green eyes flicked over to Drae, and she glared at him for a few moments before focusing back on Locke as he tugged on her collar. She smirked at him, and then wrapped her arms around him. "I never went to college. I just read a lot and still have information from when I was an Arch Angel." She went up on her tip toes, and pressed a kiss to the base of his throat. "My specialty."

[17:29] NicoleA Stine studies him with a narrowed gaze as he speaks. She feels his hand on hers as he rubs it and loks down for a moment. She lifts her sight to his face "I am always willing to exchange information for something of value. However never before a price has been agreed to." she smiles mischieviously "Simply giving information to a handsome man such as yourself has never been my policy." she smirks "But equitable trades of information can certainly be agreed upon"

[17:31] Locke Giordano smirked down at his as her arms went around him. "I have faith in your intellect." He said as he listened to her, he felt her lips pressed to his throat. and slid a hand up into her hair. "You have other specialties. "He said teasingly as he glanced out the door once again.

[17:36] Skye Herriat breathed cold air onto his throat, and then she tilted her head back to stare up at him. "Good," she said with a smirk, and then she pushed her glasses back up. "Really? Like what?" She bit down on her lip, and then rested her forehead against his chest when he grabbed her hair.

[17:36] Drae (draedius.rajal) blushes slightly at her words ,a hint of a grin flashing across his features " Then I'll start shall i my dear "he looks to her warmly " It has come to my attention that the continuum are taking dna samples for all races ,for what reason i have yet to specify ,but knowing them it is not for a good cause " he raises a brow " Can you elaborate on this "

[17:40] Locke Giordano casually filtered his listening in to the conversation behind him. "Shh. Just other things." He whispered as he ran his fingers through her hair, gripping it firmly as he looked down to the bar. "Strangely quiet tonight." He noted as he leaned down to bite at her ear playfully.

[17:40] NicoleA Stine nods her head "yes I have heard of this, however I do not know they reasons." she tilts her head to one side and curls one corner of her mouth "Perhaps we could find out the reasons together" she raises her brow a few times as she smiles . She leans in close and speaks softly "Strictly business of course" her expression becomes serious for a moment

[17:47] Drae (draedius.rajal) nods his head in return " Of course my dear ,strictly business " He moves closer so there bodies are but inches away and slowly attempts to slide his hand from hers to wrap it around her waist his eyes locked to hers " Business is business of course ,but on a different note what else can you tell me of the happenings of the city and the other factions "

[17:50] Skye Herriat blushed at him, and then tilted her head back to stare up at him. "Other things, hmm?" she chuckled, but let it go. She remained silent for a moment, trying to hear the usual chatter or beat of the music that came from Haven, but there was none. "Yes, it is quiet. Maybe people are still recovering from last night?" She sighed when he bit on her ear, and then she pressed her thigh against his groin gently.

[17:53] NicoleA Stine allows him to release her hand and wrap an arm around her waist . She steps closer to press her body against his and lays a hand on his chest if permitted. Her eyes become fixed on his his "Well" she pauses "Perhaps you could help me with some information... hmm" she smiles a bit "It seems a vampire in the kindred is seeking revenge against the pack..." he smiles "Just a rumor but I'm sure I could confirm with details if you are interested"

[17:54] Locke Giordano felt her pressing against his and playfully growled down towards her. "Perhaps it is still early." He said as he pulled her into his torso. "We shall give it time." He whispered, flicking his gaze over each individual that he could see. "Maybe thy will put on a show for us and have a scrap in the streets."

[17:58] Skye Herriat's lips pulled into a mischievous smirk as she stared up at him. "Perhaps," she mumbled, and then pressed herself against him even more than she already was. "Then why stand around in here when we could miss it?"

[18:01] Drae (draedius.rajal) lets her cold hand run against his chest as he once more looks into her eyes nodding his head slowly " That's old news my dear "he shrugs his shoulders lightly " Kindred and the Pack ,There is always something there its the nature of the two species "he smiles to her gripping her tighter " What of the other factions what is happening with them ,I know the tox grapevine is broader than this stop toying with me "

[18:02] Locke Giordano tapped a finger to his chin. "Hmmmmm. I need to establish surveillance cameras about this town." He muttered a bit to himself. "Perhaps I can discuss this matter with the Continuum.." He pondered out loud as he stared off into space periodically.

[18:05] NicoleA Stine smiles at him as her hand plays on his chest. "By nature yes the vampire and the wolf are mortal enemies." she smirks "But I've heard rumor of Kindreds attempt to assassinate the alpha. Forget the rumor of an angel assassin. It is one of the Kindred who seeks to harm the pack's alpha"

[18:06] Skye Herriat tilted her head to the right. "Surveillance cameras? I don't think a few others would be too happy about that," she muttered, then reached up to comb her fingers through his hair.

[18:07] Locke Giordano shrugged his shoulders. "They don't have to know, silly." He mutters as he tapped her sides. "Shh." He said as he glanced over to one of the shelves. "When do I get my tour of upstairs?"

[18:09] Skye Herriat sighed and shook her head. "Better make them small, then." She slid her hands down to his, and then began to step behind the shelves, trying to lead him away. "Now?"

[18:11] Locke Giordano nodded slowly. "I am sure the Continuum are proficient in microtechnology. "He said as he followed her along, holding her hand as they went. "Very well. "He said with a grin.

[18:15] Skye Herriat led him to the top floor and to the center of the room, and then she turned around to face him with a small smile. "Here it is," she said, then pointed to the black desk in the corner. "That's Denny's desk." She then pointed to the table with the colored chairs across the room. "That's where us council members have our meetings. The rest is...stuff."

[18:16] Drae (draedius.rajal) again nods his head at her reply ,relaxing as her hand wanders his chest and responding by dropping his hand lower to playfully palm a cheek of her behind" Would you by chance know which one or is it just a general rumour " he shrugs " Such is the hostility between them both it could be anyone making these threats "

[18:21] NicoleA Stine slowly shakes her head and slides her hand from his chest up to his neck wrapping it around the back as her fingers comb through his hair it rests at his nape. She feels his hand on her butt cheek and takes it as an advancement. She attempts to gently pull him closer as their faces are inches apart. "It is only rumor but I am sure I could find out the details" she smiles a bit as she flutters her long lashes

[18:27] Drae (draedius.rajal) seizes the moment and feeling her touch pushes his lips towards hers "Rumours have origins my dear "he flashes his eyes in response " It seems we've found a mutual agreement here ,and somewhat connected in the process" he grins broadly towards her

[18:31] NicoleA Stine smiles "So it seems we have..." her sight goes from his eyes to his lips repeatedly "So if I find out this information were will I be able to find you? do you have a place in the city where you lay your head?"

[18:36] Drae (draedius.rajal) nods his head ,hovering his lips over hers " I do indeed my dear "he pauses " you can find me at the den but mostly in the streets " he winks once more " I'll never be far away dear " he says motioning lightly with his free hand

[18:39] NicoleA Stine nods her head "I see, so this information about the planned assassination of the pack alpha is more important to you than just the mere trading of information" she tilts her head to one side with a smile "You would be a hero if you save the alpha from harm... hmm" she pauses for a moment studing his face "I shall seek you out when I have more information" her fingers begin to tighten as she grips the hair at the nape of his neck.

[19:00] Drae (draedius.rajal) again nods his head releasing his grip from her behind "I'll take what i can Nicole ,and you have been a help in some ways " he smiles to her reaching down to try and kiss her cheek " I hope i can repay you in the same way dear " he smiles

[19:03] NicoleA Stine smiles as he kisses her hand "Oh I am sure we will make great allies" she grins as she takes a step back. "If you will excuse me I have some business to attend to" she looks around please feel free to explore the first floor of the library"

[19:12] Drae (draedius.rajal) nods his head to her "Thank you Nicole it was a pleasure meeting you ,And you've been a great help " he winks at her once more a smile on his face " I look forward to talking to you soon dear ,Please take care "

[19:14] NicoleA Stine takes a few steps back before spinning on her heel to turn around and head for the door. She stops in the door way and turns her head "I will seek you out when I have more information to offer you." she smiles and eyes him for a moment before leaving the library if not stopped
